This research journal is monthly and has been continuously being published for last 9 years. Prior to publishing research paper, the process of publication begins only after thorough research of the subject-expert research paper and after submitting its recommendation. Following the peer review method, all criteria are met.
There is a team of experts of every subject, in which any research paper has to pass at least three levels.        The objective of incorporating these three words was to discuss the research first, then the research done or the research related book written or the research paper was written on it, the reviewer related to that topic detailed his review with his verb reaction. In the end, in the third section, the professor professors should be evaluated fairly by applying the subject so that the learner And the university or research institutes can get fair benefits but the issue of regret is that we have not yet achieved this objective completely. ये रिसर्च जर्नल मासिक है और गत 9 वर्षों से निरंतर प्रकाशित हो रही है।  रिसर्च पेपर प्रकाशित होने से पूर्व विषय विशेषज्ञ रिसर्च पेपर की गहन जाँच करके अपनी अनुशंसा प्रेषित करने के उपरांत ही प्रकाशन की प्रक्रिया प्रारम्भ होती है।  पीयर रिव्यु विधि का अनुसरण करते हुए सभी मापदंड पूर्ण करने की चेष्टा की जाती है।

३ मूल्याङ्कन
       इन तीनों शब्दों को सम्मिलित करने का उद्देश्य यही था की सबसे पहले रिसर्च की बात करे फिर जो रिसर्च हुई या जो रिसर्च सम्बन्धी  पुस्तक  लिखी गई है अथवा  जो रिसर्च पेपर लिखा गया उसपर उस विषय से सम्बंधित  समीक्षक अपनी क्रिया प्रतिक्रिया के साथ विस्तृत रूप से समीक्षा  करे और अंत में तीसरे सेक्शन में विद्वान् प्रोफेसर, विषय मर्मज्ञ द्वारा निष्पक्ष रूप से मूल्याङ्कन किया जाये ताकि शोधार्थी और यूनिवर्सिटी अथवा शोध संस्थानों को उचित लाभ प्राप्त हो सके लेकिन खेद का विषय है हम अभी तक इस उद्देश्य को पूर्णतः प्राप्त नहीं कर सके हैं। आशा है  भविष्य में हम अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने में सफलता हासिल कर पाएंगे।  ये तभी सम्भव है जब शोधार्थी पूरी गंभीरता और निष्ठां के साथ रिसर्च करे और रिसर्च पेपर लिखे. उसे नक़ल करने की प्रवृति को त्यागना होगा  या भाषा अथवा भाव को बदलने के मानसिकता को भी  छोड़ना होगा। 
शोध समीक्षा और मूल्याङ्कन रिसर्च जर्नल संसार के समस्त विषयों के रिसर्च स्कॉलर, प्रोफेसर, अनुसन्धानकर्ताओं,लेखकों आलोचकों, समीक्षकों मार्ग निर्देशकों से समानता का व्यवहार करती है , वासुदेव कुटुंबकम की विचारधारा पर चलने वाली ये रिसर्च जर्नल समदृष्टा है अतः हम सभी से अनुरोध करते हैं की जहाँ कहीं हम उचित नहीं प्रतीत हो आप हमें सचेत कर दे।  रिसर्च जर्नल को सुचारु रूप से चलने हेतु जिन नियम का सृजन किया गया है उनकी अनुपालना हमें और आपको समभाव करनी होगी।  इसके उत्थान और विकास हेतु आप हमें अपने सुझाव समय समय पर देते रहे, आप के आभारी रहेंगे।
